Your Villa Canaria Something Else in Puerto del Carmen is one of the most elegant villas in Lanzarote. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms the villa is located in a quiet residential area of the lively village of Puerto del Carmen, less than 10 minutes walking from the beach. The owners are striving to give our guests every possible comfort and amenity in a very private envirnoment. With the climate of Lanzarote, a lot of thought has gone into the outside living area. The spectacular outdoor heated swimming pool ( 8x4) with Jacuzzi and children's pool, and hot tub which are enclosed by the volcanic walled gardens with fountain, are further enhanced with 2 separate areas: barbecue, bar with American billiards, table tennis, darts and the New Orleans-style covered porch for relaxing in the evenings. There are four bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twin single beds. Bathroom facilities for everyone with three en-suite and one family bathroom. All beautifully presented which all stem from the main entrance hall with fountain. In keeping with the warmth and charm the villa has a spacious lounge with marble fireplace, exquisite furnishings so that you can relax with DVD, satellite TV or a good book. CD and Ipod docking station are supplied for the music lovers and the Wii is also available for our guests entretainment. The kitchen, connected to the charming dining room, is fully fitted with microwave, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster and many more appliances. A Computer with Wi Fi is available in the Villa, providing high speed internet access . Guests do not need to bring their own laptop. Bedroom and bathroom details Four bedrooms in total.
