Bright and spacious 3 bedrooms villa located in the charming context of Salobre golf course, only few minutes away from the unique Maspalomas dunes, where the desert meets the Atlantic Ocean.

This Villa has a size of 355 sqm providing plenty of space and excellent comfort in a fully air conditioned fresh environment. One of the main characteristics are the large windows throughout, providing brightness and offering wonderful views over the surrounding golf course and the mountains towards the centre of Gran Canaria.

On the villa ground floor there is a spacious living room with large sofas, a plasma Sat Tv and a dvd player, connected to the besides dining area which has direct access to the front terrace towards the golf course; on the floor opposite side there is the well furnished modern kitchen opening up towards the back garden.

Outdoor dining in the intimate porch next to the lovely and looked after green garden and to the cosy private swimming pool, which can be heated on request.

On the upper floor, there are all the 3 comfortable modern and pleasant bedrooms, with wooden floors; one is ensuite while the other two share the same bathroom. High quality accessories  are provided, including slippers, bath robes and towels.

In the resort main building guests can decide to enjoy the daily continental breakfast, lunch or dinner, visit the spa or select a personal massage.
