Normally the traditional Canary Islands Casitas can be found inland, a bit far from the sea, but these two special houses are located in Puerto del Carmen, less than 10 minutes walking from the beaches and from the lively town centre which offers a wide variety of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafès.

Each "Casita" can be rented independently or they can be let combined, making it the ideal site for larger families or groups of friends who want to be close to each other.

Each has an internal size of approximately 100 m2. One has two bedrooms and one has three bedrooms. All bathrooms have shower.

The two "Casitas" inside are very similar in furniture and decorations. Both have a comfortable living room with Sat TV, DVD Player, Air Conditioning and complimentary WIFI signal.

Both kitchens are very well furnished with oven, dishwasher, electric rings, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.Washing machine and dryer are also available.

Each Casita has a private garden with a size of around 200 sqm and a cosy terrace for outdoor dining and for enjoying the sunshine or relaxing in the shade. Both Casitas can access the community resort swimming pool.
